Through this process, JC Decaux was selected for the
new 5-year licence, with ANA, S.A. retaining the option
to renounce the contract through prior notice.
The terms of this new licence were based on a project
developed by the ANA Group that revises the current
business model. The plan calls for using new formats
and concepts, with the intention of generating a
greater impact on passengers.
Simultaneously, efforts are being made to bring in new
businesses, in particular in the digital area and in some
growing markets, such as Angola and Brazil.
