SUSTAINABILITY

10_SUSTAINABILITY
The optimisation of the economic, social and environ-
mental performance within a framework of sustain-
ability is a commitment that is carried out every day in
ANA, S.A. activities. In 2012, the company continued
the implementation of its sustainability strategy,
created at the beginning of 2012 after hearing
what its stakeholders had to say. This strategy is
based on five principles: creating value, satisfying our
customers, commitment to our employees, protecting
the environment and engaging the community.
Specific obligations and objectives were associated
with each of these guiding principles to enable the
constant monitoring of performance and the definition
of new goals.
This chapter describes ANA, S.A.’s approach to sustain-
ability. The company has pledged to provide, in its
next report, this information from the standpoint of
the ANA Group.
