_Decree-Law no. 254/2012 of 28 November was published, which establishes the general legal
framework for the concession of public airport service in support of civil aviation in Portugal
_ANA, S.A. and ÁREAS inaugurated, within Lisbon airport’s
restricted access area, Portfolio – Made of Portugal, an
innovative commercial space that seeks to promote
brands, products and experiences that represent the best
of what is made in Portugal
DECEMBER
_The Portuguese State and ANA, S.A. signed the contract that grants the concession of the public
service of support to civil aviation at the airports managed by this company, for a period of 50 years
_The Council of Ministers approved RCM 111-F
of 27 December, which selected Vinci Concessions
S.A.S. as the winning proposal for the acquisition
of shares representing the totality of the share
capital of ANA - Aeroportos de Portugal, S.A., a sale
resulting from private negotiation
_Lisbon airport passed the 15 million passengers per year mark for the first time
