1_THE ANA GROUP AT A GLANCE
“Until now it has been up to ANA, S.A. to manage the major airports in Portugal effectively and efficiently, but the
prior condition for the process of privatisation, which required a thorough revision of the regulations of the sector
that served as the basis for the contracting of that concession, will lead to an essential alteration of the company’s
assigned responsibilities.”
Jorge Ponce de Leão,
Chairman of the Board of Directors

terminal at Beja on the Portuguese mainland and at the airports of Ponta Delgada, Santa Maria, Horta and Flores
in the Autonomous Region of the Azores.

ment of the new airport for Lisbon;
ii) The operation, management, renovation, reconstruction, expansion, dismantling and closing of airports;
