the corporate image, the entire support infrastruc-
ture of the site was revamped;
• A mobile APP was developed and made available for
iOS, Android, and later Win8 platforms. Besides
providing commercial information on all the airports
of the Group, it allows users to consult flight infor-
mation and subscribe to notifications. This APP is a
channel of direct communication with the passen-
ger on the move, making it possible to promote
parking or retail services. As planned, a new release
was launched in December with additional features,
including a Portuguese version, the addition of
Madeira airports and the integration with social
networks, with Airport Shopping Online and with
parking, which accepts online reservations.
This table shows the success so far.
• One-half hour of free internet browsing was made
available at the various airports, which is a common
practice in many international airports.
• The support systems, mainly based on ERP – SAP
R/3, were improved, with the launching of a new
platform for procurement and contracting, as has
already been mentioned.
13.8_RELATIONS WITH INVESTORS
Information is regularly provided to shareholders in
a specific reporting model, which ensures effective
monitoring and supervision of the company’s perform-
ance.
In addition to the management report, ANA, S.A.
updates and publishes on its website
the airports’ master plans, medium-term capital expen-
diture plans, service quality indicators, details about
the procurement of goods and services as well as the
supplier selection process.
These announcements reflect the commitment of the
company and of the Group to transparency and reliable
information.
Relations with financial markets are ensured by the
member of the board in charge of financial matters as
well as the finance department.
