DFIN - Financial Department
Funding strategy and financial management;
global risk management;
preparation of financial reporting for ANA, S.A. and the Group;
tax planning.
DJUCON - Legal Department
Legal matters; contract and award compliance;
interpretation of regulations and legislation.
DRH - Human Resources Department
Formulation of proposed human resources strategy;
employee development and contact with employee representatives.
DEMA - Airport Strategy
Strategic analysis of the company’s environment;
and Marketing Department
monitoring of matters of economic regulation;
preparation of tariff grids and traffic promotion systems in coordination
with airports and stakeholders; development of market intelligence.
DAO - Audit and Organisation Department
Process, operations and financial audits;
studies, opinions and organisational proposals;
review/preparation of standards and procedures, coordination of the
Integrated Model Management and Program Management Projects in progress.
DAC - ANA Consulting Department
Consultancy services for airport design, organisation and management;
search, evaluation and coordination of international businesses;
Planning and Research, Development and Innovation management.
REGLA - Aeronautical Regulation Division
Issuance of opinions on all planning consent matters regarding construction
or other activities in airport areas;
participation in the review of municipal development plans (PDM)
in towns around to each airport.
DCNS - Portuguese Slots Coordination Division
Supervision of the allocation of slots and monitoring of their use as provided
for in Decree-Law no. 109/2008 of 26 June.
GQ - Quality Management Office
Coordination, monitoring and evaluation of all actions pertaining to Quality
matters and the company’s Quality Management System.
CORPORATE CENTRE
ANA, S.A. made the following adjustments to its struc-
ture in 2012:
a) Elimination of the Development Department (DDA)
and readjustment of the ANA Consulting Depart-
ment (DAC) with the creation of a functional area
of Development and Search;
b) Transfer of the follow-up on Lisbon Airport
Development Project to the Aeronautical Infra-
structures Department (DIA), eliminating the
Office for Developing Lisbon Airport (GDALS);
c) Restructuring of the DIPE and DIMO business
units, creating a single business unit, Real Estate and
Special Projects Department (DIMPE).
