OPINION
7_ In our opinion, the consolidated financial
statements presents fairly, in all material respects, the
consolidated financial position of ANA – Aeroportos de
Portugal, S.A., as of December 31, 2012, the consoli-
dated results and comprehensive income of their
operations, the changes in the shareholders ‘equity and
the consolidated cash flows for the year then ended,
in conformity with International Financial Reporting
Standards as adopted by the European Union.
REPORT ON OTHER LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
8_ It is also our opinion that the financial information
in the Management report is in accordance with the
consolidated financial statements.
