OPINION
7_ In our opinion, the separate financial statements
presents fairly, in all material respects, the financial
position of ANA – Aeroportos de Portugal, S.A.,
as of December 31, 2012, the results and compre-
hensive income of its operations, the changes in the
shareholder’s equity and the cash flows for the year
then ended, in conformity with International Financial
Reporting Standards adopted by the European Union.
REPORT ON OTHER LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
8_ It is also our opinion that the information in the
Management report is in accordance with the financial
statements.
