Variations in the Group were as follows:
Due to the awarding of the concession, ANA, S.A. was obligated to pay the grantor the amount of 1,200,000,000
euros. This amount is entered in the Concession Right and, as is the case with the remaining assets of the concession,
it is being amortised on a straight-line basis, by twelfths, for a 50-year period.
However, in 2012, and by virtue of the Concession Contract only being signed in December, the assets that make
up the ANA, S.A. concession right only show one month of amortisation, on these grounds.
The assets that make up the concession right of ANAM, S.A. are being amortised up to 2053.
