The following increases in, and transfers to, state-owned tangible fixed assets that became operational in 2012
are of particular note: i) Remodelling of Platform 80 (6.3 million euros) in Lisbon; ii) Remodelling of building 31
(1.3 million euros) in Lisbon; iii) Contract work on the air terminal – north busgate – central plaza – south shops
(1.2 million euros) in Lisbon; iv) Car park – parking garage P3/P4 (4.3 million euros) in Porto; v) Works in the air
terminal – DASC and Airline offices (3.4 million euros) in Porto; vi) Contract work on the south and east platform,
RET’s 10 and 28 and TWY (Taxiway) D and TWY E (11.0 million euros) in Faro.
Increases and transfers recorded in 2011 relate to the following projects: i) Works on the new north pier (2.8 million
euros) in Lisbon; ii) New road accesses (2.5 million euros) in Faro; iii) The remodelling and enlargement of the
departure lounge (3.8 million euros); iv) The (2
nd
phase) enlargement of the W platform and D and E roadways
(5.4 million euros) and the repair work on the surface of the CC runway turn pad (6.8 million euros), all in
Ponta Delgada.
