The amounts for incentives and indemnities were paid under the Optimisation Plan for Personnel.
In 2012 the average number of personnel at the ANA Group was 2,828, against 2,806 in 2011.
35_OTHER INCOME
In 2012, the company applied a financial penalty on a customer, after it relinquished the licences it held at the
airports of Lisbon, Faro and Porto.
In December 2011, ANA levied, as so entitled, a contractual fine following the repeated and unjustified non-
compliance with binding partial deadlines relating to the construction contract for the New North Busgate – Baggage
Terminal Enlargement – Finishings.
