Reserves at Group have the following breakdown:
The Legal Reserves include those related to Investments – assets in public domain (ANAM, S.A.) – €2,210,813.13
and those resulting from the application of the 2011 Results of ANA, S.A..
The changes seen in the legal reserves arise from the distribution of the 2011 profits, approved in ANA, S.A.’s general
meeting and effected on 28 May 2012, in the amount of €1,326,241.73 and €135,586.82, from Portway, S.A.,
as per the General Meeting decision on 29 February 2012.
